Troubleshooting

"Saving… (still saving after 10s)"

Cause: Network latency or server overload
Fix: Check your internet. Wait a few more seconds. If it persists, refresh the page (auto-save will catch you up).

Upload Fails

Cause: File format unsupported or file too large
Fix: Check the file is MP4/MOV/WebM. Max size is 2 GB per file.

Export Takes Hours

Cause: 4K export or very long video
Fix: 4K can take 10+ minutes. Reduce quality to 1080p for faster export. Monitor in Jobs Dashboard.

Audio Out of Sync

Cause: Clips on different tracks with different frame rates
Fix: Ensure all video clips are the same frame rate. Check "Properties" in right panel.

Text Not Visible

Cause: Text color same as background
Fix: Right panel → change text color to contrast. Or add a background shape behind the text.

Team Collaboration

Create a Team

  1. Settings"Teams"
  2. Click "Create Team"
  3. Name and description
  4. Click "Create"

Invite Team Members

  1. Settings"Teams" → select the team
  2. Click "Invite Members"
  3. Enter email addresses (comma-separated)
  4. Assign roles: Admin, Editor, Viewer
  5. Click "Send Invites"

Members get an invite email with a join link.

Access Control

  • Admin — create/delete projects, invite/remove members, manage billing
  • Editor — create/edit projects, can't manage team
  • Viewer — view-only (can watch, can't edit)

Performance Tips

  1. Use HD instead of 4K if you don't need it (exports 4x faster)
  2. Keep projects under 30 tracks (too many slow down the editor)
  3. Optimize source videos — pre-cut large files to trim what you need
  4. Compress audio — use MP3 instead of uncompressed WAV
  5. Close other tabs — free up memory for smooth editing
  6. Export during off-peak — nights/weekends may queue faster
